CGMA Finance Leadership Programme (FLP) Skills Plus - 3 Year
The CGMA Finance Leadership Programme (FLP) Skills Plus offers a three-year pathway for candidates receiving the minimum exemptions, requiring the completion of three Case Study Exams. Fully online, the programme allows learners to pace their studies alongside professional responsibilities while building comprehensive expertise in management accounting, financial strategy and strategic decision-making. Spanning approximately three years, this pathway develops participants’ capability to contribute to Malaysia’s economic growth and assume senior leadership roles. Upon successful completion of all assessments and membership application, graduates are awarded the CGMA designation and CIMA membership, either as ACMA or, with sufficient senior experience, FCMA. This route provides global recognition, career advancement opportunities and a solid foundation for long-term leadership success.
Open to individuals aged 16+ with relevant finance/accounting education, work experience, or qualifications. Courses lead to recognised credentials like CGMA, ACMA/FCMA, providing essential skills.
