Senior Executive Programme (SEP)
The Senior Executive Programme (SEP) is a fast-track route for experienced finance leaders to achieve CIMA membership and the globally recognised CGMA designation, allowing participants to progress directly to the Management Case Study (MCS) and Strategic Case Study (SCS), the final two stages of the CGMA Professional Qualification. Designed for Financial Controllers, Senior Finance Managers and similar roles with at least six years of finance experience, including three years in management, the programme develops critical skills in financial strategy, business partnering, risk management and performance leadership. Participants are equipped to deliver insight-driven decisions, align finance with organisational strategy and create long-term value. Graduates gain the prestige of the CGMA designation and access to a global network of finance professionals, supporting career growth and progression towards future C-suite opportunities.
The programme is open to Financial Controllers, Senior Finance Managers, Finance Directors, and similar roles with a minimum of six years’ finance-related experience, including at least three years in management positions, subject to CIMA’s terms and requirements
