  1. Malaysian bumiputera
  2. 18 to 45 years old
  3. ACCA Foundation in Accountancy : Pass; or
  4. STPM: 2 subjects (A to C+) + SPM/O-level: 3 Cs (including English & Mathematics); or
  5. A level: 2 subjects (A to C) + SPM/O-level: 3 Cs (including English & Mathematics); or
  6. Australian Matriculation (SAM/AUSMAT): minimum ATAR 70 + SPM/O-level: 5 Cs (including English & Mathematics); or
  7. Any Foundations approved by MQA: average mark of 70% or CGPA2.8; or
  8. Diploma, Advanced Diploma and Degree in any field of studies from a nationally accredited university: CGPA2.5 or pass
