Malaysian Bumiputera aged 22 or below with one of the following:
- A-Level – min. grade C in any 2 subjects with credit in Maths (O-Level/SPM);
- STPM – min. C+ (CGPA 2.33) in 2 subjects with credit in Maths and pass in English (SPM);
- Foundation/Matric/Diploma – min. CGPA 2.50 with credit in Maths and pass in English (SPM); or
- Diploma in Accounting/related field (CGPA 2.50), CAT, ACCA FIA, or
- Other equivalent qualification recognised by the Malaysian Government.
