Integrating Digital Lean Six Sigma and IR 4.0 for Operational Excellence
This training provides participants with a comprehensive understanding of Lean Six Sigma principles integrated with Industry 4.0 technologies. It focuses on reducing waste, minimizing process variation and applying data-driven improvements using IoT and big data analytics.
