From START to SMART: How To Start Your AI Journey
From START to SMART is a foundational yet comprehensive program designed to help participants understand and apply Generative AI effectively and responsibly in daily work. Blending theory with hands-on activities, this program supports digital and AI transformation across all organizational levels. Key learnings include differentiating AI, GenAI, robotics, and automation; selecting and comparing AI tools; writing effective prompts using 3K & 7K principles; integrating AI for communication, research, and task management; and understanding ethics, data safety, and responsible use. Participants also explore the ‘AI as IAs’ framework—AI as Intelligent Answerer, Assistant, Artist, Analyst, Advisor, Research Architect, Augmentor, and Agent—building strong conceptual and ethical grounding to improve productivity, precision, and creativity.
