The CIMA–MIA Senior Leaders Programme offers active MIA members a direct and prestigious pathway to CIMA membership and the globally recognised Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA) designation, allowing eligible members with at least six years of relevant experience to progress straight to the Strategic Case Study (SCS), the final stage of the CGMA Professional Qualification. Tailored specifically for active MIA members in senior finance roles, including Finance Managers, Financial Controllers, and Finance Directors, the programme develops advanced capabilities in strategic finance, risk management, business partnering, and sustainable growth. Participants are equipped to tackle complex challenges, deliver actionable insights, and align finance with organisational strategy.
