- 18 to 45 years old
- ACCA Foundation in Accountancy : Pass; or STPM: 2 subjects (A to C+) + SPM/O-level: 3 Cs (including English & Mathematics); or
- A level: 2 subjects (A to C) + SPM/O-level: 3 Cs (including English & Mathematics); or
- Australian Matriculation (SAM/AUSMAT): minimum ATAR 70 + SPM/O-level: 5 Cs (including English & Mathematics); or
- any Foundations approved by MQA: average mark of 70% or
- CGPA 2.8; or Diploma, Advanced Diploma and Degree in any field of studies from a nationally accredited university: CGPA2.5 or pass
